Testimonials

"I'm not typically a romance or sci-fi reader, but Catie's prose is approachable as an entry to these genres that have previously been out of my comfort zone." - Amazon Reviewer

"I’d recommend this for anyone who enjoys urban sci-fi romance, lots of worldbuilding, cozy books, a faster-paced romance, and of course, STEM girlies and alien MMCs." - Amazon Reviewer

"O'Neill is a master of worldbuilding. Sequ is an incredible planet, and the islands of Sequmors and Sequvita are so vivid and distinct. Descriptions of colors, fashions, animals, and natural landmarks were gorgeous and detailed." - Amazon Reviewer

"Normally I would never pick up a sci-fi book, but LOVE was in the title and I'm a sucker for any kind of romance. Little did I know what a wild ride I was about to go on." - Amazon Reviewer

"From their very first meet cute over fake mac and cheese, to the end where... Well, I won't go into details... I absolutely adored this book. It was fun and cozy, and then shockingly 🌶️🌶️🌶️ in all the good ways. I found myself laughing, and then screaming, swooning, and biting my nails. It had a little bit of everything." - Amazon Reviewer

Writer Education

Want to peek behind the curtain and learn from authors who've been in your shoes? I packed the calendar with upcoming interviews and live educational events to make those publishing dreams a reality.

What kinds of insider info are we talking about?

  • The actual step-by-step process of indie publishing (because "just publish it" isn't exactly helpful advice!)

  • How to write kickass women in STEM without falling into the "not like other girls" trap

  • The truth about juggling that 9-to-5 with your writing dreams (spoiler: it's possible!)

  • All the numbers talk—budgets, timelines, and, yes, my infamous spreadsheets

  • Making sci-fi and fantasy accessible (because your readers don't need a physics degree 😉)

  • The behind-the-scenes stuff nobody talks about (but everyone needs to know!)

Author Spotlight - Jennifer J. Williams

image.png

Jennifer was born and raised in Ohio, but currently calls Colorado home. A lifelong lover of romance books, Jen felt pulled to write stories with older characters, because "old farts" deserve love too. Jen prides herself on delivering realistic characters that struggle with normal problems. She spends most of her free time within her zoo: two kids, two dogs, and two cats! When not containing the chaos, Jen can be found lounging on her covered porch devouring books on her Kindle.

She also happens to be one of my best friends on the planet and one of my favorite authors ever. If you like snarky FMC's, flirty banter, fun and steamy romances, you will love her work!

worth the test.jpg

Her latest release, Worth the Test is a small town contemporary romance. It is book four of the Eternity Series, but can be read as a standalone. It features a widowed single dad, best friend's sister, surprise pregnancy story, and a guaranteed Happily Ever After. Worth the Test features sexually explicit material, profanity, and some content that may be triggering. This book is intended for readers 18+.

My newsletters also feature my favorite indie authors and are sent out every month on the 13th! Sign up below to stay in the know! (Like what I did there?)
